This drawing is part of the Blackhaven series, specifically of Blackhaven Anomalies. This series illustrating the general threats, hauntings, and strange occurrences that plague the dark corrupted world of the alternate Blackhaven Institution.
Nightmare Striders are the embodiment of the tragic traffic of nurses with infants caught running about the halls of the Nursery Wing on the day of the fire. With debilitating screams and a frantic disorderly pace, encountering them serves as a sudden twisted testament to the chaos that was experienced in the halls that fateful day. Physical collisions with these monsters are quite common and deliberate, causing in most cases minor damage. What to watch out for is the occasional projectile acidic vomit that many of the demons in the alternate Nursery Wing utilize.
In the alternate nursery wing, small billowing entities suspended in the air are among the manifestations of the casualties of smoke inhalation, a common fate many of the trapped infants succumbed to. To many in one area can cause complications.

Maybe you should use 'caught' instead of 'found' in that first sentence. It both sounds more threatening and makes sense because they were caught by panic in the moment and caught by the fire that killed them. Also causing in most cases (only) minor damage sounds a little smoother, and put another comma after 'nursery' in 'In the alternate nursery wing' and add another 'o' to the last sentence on that line.
also, this is sad and twisted and brutal and I love it. Interesting that these seem to be a fusion of child and nurse, yet there is barely any nurse visible in the entity. I thought it was meant to be little kids who were caught running through the halls in panic when I first looked at it.
