Caricias' proto-drake, Tidus, or my imagining of him. Although I love the in-game model of proto-drakes, I decided to do a little bit of redesign. Little t-rex arms are still there, tucked under the wings. I love those baby t-rex arms.
Caricias obtained him during the campaign against the Lich King in Northrend. While in the Storm Peaks, his unit had a particular adversary in the form of a Scourge Death Knight, Tidus' previous master. Β Also a random fact, the proto-drake did not get a name until a few years later. A curious girl in Stormwind who didn't run in terror at seeing a Death Knight and his proto-drake asked the beast's name. Cari asked her what she thought it should be.
I have a goal to draw all of Cari's animals he's obtained over the years. He's a bit of an animal hoarder, so I expect it'll be a project.
