#01 - "Absolute Power"'These comics tell a story. Story about bad... story about... even more bad.'
So. This is the start of the comic I'm doing. It seemed more true to the nature of the Neverhood to do these traditionally rather than in digital media, so what you see here is exactly how it looks in my sketchbook. Colouring all that blackness was haaaaard.
This first episode is special so it gets to be all dramatic and B&W. And nobody's even going to read these because the fandom's been dead for several years now, hahar!

I knew this looked so familiar. I had played through the PS1 game "Skull Monkeys" and recognized Kleo as Klayman...I just could't put it completely together until I looked it up. Excellent!

Hm, I didn't work on that at all. I just typed the text out on word, made it the Neverhood font, and copied it out on the paper.

Yes, I wrote it out myself, just copying the font from the computer, it really wasn't hard.

Nah, I did the solid black in a marker pen that was bought especially... xD But I had to go over it a few times to get total darkness.

The black does look very black, which is a feat in it's self.
I never finished Neverhood as the library always cut down our time on playing it and I don't remember much.
Man, you're bringing back so many memories. It was always a choice between Neverhood or Freddie the Fish (or whatever that yellow fish and green fish were called). Good times ^^
