Try Solanaceae or Graminae , maybe youll find monoecious flowers

IF i remember rightly if was growing out of a crack in a concrete path, could be a hibiscus. But from what i remember it seemed more "orchid" like in its foilage and growth patterns. But whever. Thanks for the comment and the

the whitebits with the yellow stops are know as "stamens" and the yellow bits specifically are anther's which have the pollen. (man bit)
the white bit without a yellow top is the stigma, which carries the pollen to the ovule (lady bit)
