That is SO cute! Did you make your own hat pattern? I know most people use Clearkid's but I use one from Rawrphore.com that I like better. Yours is better made though, I need more experience, although I realize what I did and have worked out most of the bugs on mine.

I make my own patterns for almost everything actually, and it makes it easier for me to do creative modifications.

That's really awesome. I've been playing around with patterns myself, but the one thing that bothers me most is when a seam goes all the way down in the front. I have tried to do a partial seam, but then lumps seem inevitable. Your pattern looks really nice.

I use 6 pannels instead of 4 for the pokemon hats, so that helps disguise the seaming. And lumps are indeed unfortunate, i tried things like that too with little success. Full seams appear to be the best way to go.

I guess it's easier with Pokemon because of the multi-colored nature of them, so it looks natural. I guess full seaming is the way to go, those bumps are so annoying, but I have not found a way around them yet. Thanks for the ideas.

I can't help it, Deviantart categorizes it as digital automatically when it recognizes the camera that i used to take the photo, I don't know how to change it.

Seems like the hats could go in Artisan crafts too instead of traditional.
