Mad's blood magical properties give him some strong self-healing abilities so his injuries tend to heal faster than the average person but he can't regenerate limbs or things like that so when he gets them ripped he has to have them sewn back so they can heal, some of his injuries like the hole in his head and his eye socket don't properly heal due to his lack of self-care

Under normal circumstances Kira's kinda repulsed by blood, especially huge amounts of it, and painful-looking injuries, but since this is a regular thing with Mad she has developed some tolerance to his condition, though this tolerance only applies to Mad as his cirumstances are special and he can't die due to it and sometimes he enjoys them. However this doesn't stop her from worrying about him everytime he gets severely injuried
