Always loved the red guards standing next to the emperor, I'm glad they got a little expanded universe recognition with the "Crimson Empire". This was just an awesome cover, so I added some banners to the sides. I also made his dual force pike blades into a dual lightsaber. When I play Jedi Academy I use a MOD to make my player a royal guard that uses 2 dual blade sabers, It looks awesome.[OCT 2013 TOUCH-UP: In my upgrade to an HD screen I saw how choppy and terrible this actually was, yet people have still liked and faved it. I have redone it with a bigger scan of the original cover and fixed some issues with the banners]

Incidentally as a fan of Jedi academy which mod did you use? Playing as a Royal guard would be interesting indeed.

The flag idea came from just about every fictional totalitarian government.
It's been a few years since I played it. I remember I named my guard "Darth Bloodghoul", He used 2 dual sabers which just looked crazy.

Glory to the Empire! Love the flags, where did you get the idea for them? The lightsaber was an interesting idea too, the creators thought to have kanos draw with one to start with but ended up going with the double bladed vibrostaff(which i think is just as awesome)

Nice, dude. Very nice. You know whats the best thing about these guards? The heavy red robes hide their armor, making them look very mysterious and frightful. Showing one with his robes draped behind him, showing the armor, while his buddies are all behind cloaked and hidden is a great way to show the duality of the guards: look calm but pack killpower! Well done.
