This one fell through the cracks... made around the same time as the Chimaera piece but somehow never got uploaded!More basic photomanip stuff - another one that never quite got the finishing touches, but is ok as it is I guess.

Apple's kinda hovering in space, though, but I guess there's nowhere better on the stock image to 'place' it. Well, there is one alternative but it's kinda naughty.

Wow! This is amazing! But wouldn`t the centaur kinda be a pony-size, scince he's (supposedly) as tall as the girl?

Really? We must be working from different versions of the Myth. They're like chinese whispers, myths - you try and find a version of the chimaera that matches your exact view of it and you'll be looking a while. Never heard of Centaurs being only as tall as people, but it's a nice bit of variance to add to the collection.

Actually, I think centaurs are supposed to be taller, but in this pic it looks like the girl is slightly taller scince she's bending backward, actually.
Anyway, this could be true. The reason I said he was supposedly as tall as the girl is because he seems a little short to me. (Or the same hight as the girl if she were standing up straight, which is considered short to me.

hahahaha, oh I'm such a blonde sometimes - I get what you meant! in my head he was much taller, then I looked at the work again and went 'whoops!' You're right, he should be bigger, it just didn't work compositionally.
That's what I get for replying on old works!
