hmm ive never really given anyone tips before but i will try to help you out as much as i can. the bottom line is that drawing people realistically takes lots and lots of practice. i usually search for reference pictures online that i can look off of so i can get all of the proportions right and perspectives right. sometimes when i draw people i take a picture of myself or another person and i base my picture off of that. if you're really having trouble a great way to start practicing is to take pictures and just trace them. I mean this for practice only though. You could get into some trouble if you start posting copied work from other people. if anything, make sure your art is completely original. Also another thing you could do is to just practice drawing the "skeleton" on the person or the face. I dont mean literally a skeleton, I mean the anatomy of the body and face. The hardest part is getting the positioning and sizing right for all the body parts. If one thing is unproportionate, it will throw the whole picture off (unless thats what you're going for). my suggestion for you now is to start off easy, practice simple drawings of people, nothing too dynamic, and gradually work your way up. I know that I still have to practice many things. I am for sure no pro at drawing people, but each day i practice, i get better and better.
