A lot of the comments are saying it's Vlad, but the first thing I thought of when I saw this was Dan. The scene where he takes the Time Medallion and fuses it with Danny so he can't reach it, no matter what form he's in, really freaked me out as a kid. It still kinda does, honestly. It was obviously painful and probably felt really weird.
And then it did get worse when Danny sought out Vlad, since the only way to get the medallion out was to rip it out by force with one of Vlad's inventions... Eeesh, that episode was freaky.
Awesome picture, though. You can really see the exhaustion in Danny's expression. The highlights are a nice touch. Cyan blue is such a cool color.
