BEST DUNMER. ^_^ Though personally, whoever did... umm... Irileth! I imagine Valerie to have pretty much that exact voice, so I was stoked with the improved voice-overs in Skyrim, unlike Morrowind and Oblivion, where they used the same ten people over and over and OVER......

Honestly, I've gotten so accustomed to the Morrowind setting that I usually compare the other games to it.
From least to most interesting, it's basically
Oblivion < Skyrim < Morrowind
Of course, the sheer amount of unique details - clothing, architecture, speech - helps set it apart too.
