>open the stamp template file in GIMP
> open the transparent points symbol in GIMP
>set the stamp to the orange hue using the "Hue and Saturation" tool
>copy the TRANSPARENT (you can find a transparent image of nearly anything on google) image and paste it into a new layer ABOVE the colour, but UNDER the shine
>Add words on top with the text tool
>Export as PNG, and you're done!
