Description
ugghh I tried to make something pop and i dunno it didn't work. I wanted soft shading on it, but I guess I gotta do it with hard shading??Tried something new with Emma's hair dye, like the way it is on her bangs, I think I like it. I'm not sure if I'll keep it dyed down the side. Who knows even. It'll likely stay the same
This looked WAY brighter on my drawing computer

I think the effect you got goin' on should be the final touch and the opacity should be turned down a little.Β I suggest darker shading and brighter highlights to make it pop out more.

I'll do what I can! It just seems to lose the darkness/lightness when I blend it

I really don't know what you were trying to do exactly and I understand that it didn't turn out the way you hoped but I think it looks really cool

Oh geez thanks!! That makes me feel way better about it. It doesn't stand out the way I hoped but I think it was just because someone's 'critique' kinda got to me

No problem, critique is always good and will help you improve but never let it change the way you want to draw and what you want to be as an artist
