Description
Client wanted his top fav heroes and villains for a tattoo to go on his back, gave me a rough idea on the layout and this is the result. A little different from my normal look I feel, but maybe it's just me.Villains: Lex Luthor, Loki, my take on the Joker(kinda mixed Heath and the comic book versions), Green Goblin and the man himself, Doc Doom.
Heroes(pretty obvious): Thor, Cap, Supes, Spidey and WW. With the Bats signal as an extra.
You'll notice the villains coincide with their respective enemies, except for Wonder Woman and Cap, who I wanted to have a counterpart but the client didn't. For WW I was thinking Ares or Cheetah(to add some estrogen to the villains) and for Cap the Red Skull. Doom became the sub.

I like the composition, and the feeling of defeat I get from the heroes. My only criticism is Dr. Doom is hard to recognize from a profile shot, since you only see his hood.

Thanks Chris. The client wanted it that way. He's not a huge fan of Doom but for some reason still wanted him in the pic, so my suggestion was to not show all of him. Not the way I would've preferred it but, ehh. lol

lol, EVERYBODY asks me that. I can't tell you, it was the client's request. I think it's a kid's hand...it's supposed to represent innocence..and a tragedy to terrible it broke Supes.

I think WW head is a bit too small, and I didn't notice Doom at all, thought he was part of GG hat, maybe you could turn him a little, more of a 3/4 view? more to recognize...

The hand is that of an unknown child..representing innocence or any other pretentious symbol you want to come up with to make this seem deeper. lol
I had to kinda fight to convince the client to get Doom in there. Hence I turned him more than I normally would as a favor to the client.
