Personality:
Human: A competitive and spirited young lady who has a taste for meat. She never really seems to stop eating, unless she's on the battle field. Rakira is also rather easily agitated and has quite a loud temper, but these usually only last in short bursts. She rather enjoys training with rookies, but only because it allows her to not fight in the war, and because they are easy to beat and is good for her ego.

Pokemon/Anon: Together they make Pteryx. A quiet and an observer who strikes at the opportune time. She would best be suited for a scout role, and can hold her ground with the higher speed and attack stats they have. On the battle field, Pteryx is sure to minimize fighting times by hitting strong and fast and move on. Not really patient in the heat of a battle however. Likes to swoop enemies at high speeds.

Bio: Rakira grew up in Syterra, with her parents who were explorers. Because of this, she got a lot of hands on experience with the fragile rocks and has developed a keen eye for detail as a result of many years of it. She has developed a very boisterous and outgoing personality from the children that inhabited Syterra and from her mother.

One trip with her family, she had discovered a Plume fossil, in which her parents allowed her to keep to become her first Pokémon. It was revived shortly after they returned home into an Archen whom Rakira faithfully named Ocelrix, or Oce for short. She kept the empty DNA rock as a lucky charm which she wears around her neck and is threaded together with blue beads.

When the first technology of the pokéfuser’s was announced and released, her father had purchased one to help him with his daily chores as a Labourer. This was soon to become an unfortunate decision, as when the Syterra region started building its military force with users of the pokéfuser, Rakira’s father was automatically enlisted in the first draft.

After a few years of fighting, his pokéfuser malfunctioned mid-battle, temporarily revealing his human identity. Hauled back to base by his commanding officer, he was told that he would need to relocate with his family to protect his and their safety.

This is how they came to the country of Archaelos, the trading capital. Rakira’s father became a tradesman, Rakira’s mother became a florist and Rakira herself, now aged 15, ran errands for both businesses with the assistance of her beloved Ocelrix.

After her Pokémon evolved after many years of bonding, Rakira discovered a love of flying. This was intensified in small doses when her parents gave her a pokéfuser for her 18th birthday. It was a small chip which was installed into the empty Plume Fossil that she carried around her neck all the time, as a clever attempt to keep her Pokéfuser secret from the military.

From the age of 21 however, she enlisted to join the air force, where she could fly as much as she liked, and to serve her country as her father had done before her.

Poke-Fuser: Charm Necklace with a Plume Fossil attached. ((Activated by DNA-recognition pressure system built into it. A Salaiva test which is achieved through a simple kiss from Rakira.))

Weapons: Titanium Pinion Blades (They come from the wings) ....Basic Knuckledusters are last resort and are for land combat(rarity)
