Description
This is my Entry for 's comp.SHE drew the LINEART , I did the COLOURS.
Taj.
I chose this colour scheme because in Taj's world, they must have had to run from 'men' alot. in forests, trying to blend in would be hard if he were Pure white, or Red or blue or rainbow.
I also chose Lightning because i belive that Lightning is the most basic form of magic. also one of the most strongest (in my opinion)

Heheh, I think lightning is one of my favourite elements, (if you could call it that.) You did an amazing colouring job. The whole thing is absoloutely AWESOME.

How did you do the lightning?? I have a character I want to draw who does lightning, but I have no idea how to get the effect across...

well..You have to do the clouds first (Dark to Light) ((Light will be where the lightning emerges.))
Ok the lightning: You need Your Stylus, and Loosly go over your tablet. Try not to use much pressure. ^^ Also use a bright/light colour.
After that, you could add extra glow to the lightning if you want.
I half-erased some of the lightning to give it a faded effect.
Oh yeah
for the Cloud/Lightning contact, just use a large, Fluffy brush and Dodge the area on the clouds. Try about 4% strength. Rmemeber the shape of the clouds!!
