More about her:

As a kit, she had a trauma where she lost her view in reality. She doesn't see everybody as we all see.
She just sees others as black or white spirits, so that means she doesn't know how the figure in front of her looks like in reality. She pretty often gets anxiety talking with new people because she's afraid no one will accept her as she is. Cal pretty often hides her anxiety and fear into her happiness because she doesn't need or want anybody to help her.

She also has a imagionation of her dark side which makes her go Cray-Cray and only herself is able to see it while the others around her see her as the same blue happy cat.

How did she get her space-like wings? And why are they optional? :

Well...let's say those wings are part of her imagionation because she did have a trauma which made her imagionation more like a reality. She often sees things differently than othesr. pretty often the colours around her play around in her eyes so she may see colours differently.

Why does she have an 'X' on her heart/chest? :

'X' Represents her one of her dearest friends. The X on her chest was made by the same friend who had the same 'X' on their chest.

Why is she "Obsessive" over Teddy Bears and Balloons? :

Well.....
