I thought it was pretty good, I rather enjoyed it more than the second one as a matter of fact. Loved the effects, I thought all the story lines were good, so yeah, next to ghostrider it was good

Alright! I love the Spider-man. Really keen job here. The suit webbing is terrific and the pose is pretty swell. Did you use a picture as reference? The only critique I have here is his left foot (the one on our right) looks awkward, like maybe Pete broke his leg and he's got a splint keeping it straight under his costume. I'm nowhere near as good as you at drawing, but when I tried teaching myself the best thing I learned was to start off with a basic shape and then fill in your form from there. In this case to do the proper forshortening maybe use a long rectangular trapezoid to outline where the leg will go and then use ovals (one for the upper leg, one for the lower, one for the foot, and probably a circle for the knee) to give your basic leg form, and then fill in the fine details from there.
Also I just took a closer look at his swinging web and that looks incredible.
