BIG thumbs up to Netflix for making Jim Henson's name have honor again!The Dark Crystal Age of Resistance is sure one of my favorites series of all time. I just had to try to draw some of my new favorite bastards from that show!
This one turned better than I expected. I just love the Skeksis so much, they have both a lovely evil personality and a lovely vulture-dinosaur-like design!

you should see it! is one of the best things Netflix has ever done, and in general one of the best modern series. I prefer it a WAAAAY more than stuff like Throne of Games or Dead Walking.
But is mostly the villains what steal the show, they are so evil and grotesque, they are like a mix between bird, reptile and dragon.

Not sure if is aviable in Brazil but the whole series is a prequel to an old movie! You can watch it on Netflix. It answers some of that things you are asking though is kinda sad to see that in the end almost all Skeksis were dead.
Also yeah I love all that stuff too PLUS they were so fucking evil and twisted. I like how when the hunter "died" they hanged his body to pretend he was still alive with them, that was so morbid!

The way the "girl" kills the worm in the cake XD. Also when later SkekSil kills and eats a snake! Lmao in any other movie it would be "this guy is so badass he fights a snake", but here he is SO WICKED that he KILLS and EATS it!
Yeah there is some official art of how they looked when they were young. Again, shall check the movie now ^^!
