Description Updated design of what I was originally referring to as the "Type-34". Takes inspiration from the Russian T-34 and American M551 Sheridan.

Been wanting to spend some time on this one for awhile now. Don't really have time to flesh it out as much as I would like (wanted to draw up a ton of the variant vehicles), but decided to throw down some basic colors and post the basic two models.

Roof-mounted AA? What are they going to shoot down with that, a biplane? I'd've gone for a modified turret and turned it into a full-blown mobile battery, but I'm a fan of overkill, lol.

That aside, solid design! I very much enjoy the Koshyan and its descendent. Hooray tanks!

Thank you :3

Roof AAMGs are fairly common on tanks; beats having nothing when you're under helicopter attack, 'cause that coaxial isn't gonna do you much good if it can't elevate high enough This MG seen here is very similar to the DShK .

That said, it's certainly not purpose-built for that job. However, as the tank was very widespread and had a reliable chassis, there would certainly be variants of it with several linked guns/cannons for anti-aircraft use.

You know that's a fairly good point-Whenever I heard 'roof mounted' I always pictured their efficacy against fighters. I suppose it's because I'm a WWII nut! Very well then, I accept it's anti-helicopter effectiveness as justification for it. Still not as cool as an AA battery though! I can imagine war being what it is a dedicated battery isn't always available when you need one.

It is the primary symbol Koshya uses for vehicle markings.
