(Days later, they make yet another BI-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-IG mistake)
(While they were practising, one of the shots hit Officer Guardian's tyres on his way back to the police station, his car loses control and crashes into their field)
Walten: OW!!
(Rubs head as he steps carefully out of his police car, then he looks at the damages on his car and the tyre as well)
(As he turns to the twins): YOU TWO!!
(Blasts police whistle so loud that pigeons fly off)

Kelly: *facepalms* Here we go..... AGAIN...
Katy: Look Mister, I thought we already got through the point that this is our field! And for another thing, Why do you always end up showing up out of nowhere?
Kelly: That's what I want to know!

Walten: (Quickly texts the chief to get a breakdown truck and a back-up car)
Listen, I was just merely passing by this field on the way back to the police station.
The road was not near the field, but it was near the crossing where you crashed into me before.
I believe you may have missed your practising target with the frag bullet.
It blew my tyre wide open and sent me skidding and sliding for a bit before the car flew into orbit for a little, and ended up smashed and crashed.
Take a quick glance at the damage your frag bullet caused to this car!
(Shows them the damaged car and the blown out tyre)
I'm sorry you two, but I'm afraid THIS time puts you under arrest!
Calmly put the weapons down and then put your hands behind your backs!

*Katy puts down her gun*

(Takes Kelly's gun away from her)

(Puts the twins in handcuffs)
(As the chief comes along with a breakdown truck beside his squad car): And you two have the right to remain silent!
(He and the chief move the twins to the police car, put them in the back and belt them in for their safety)
Right then, let's go!
Chief: (Tuts)
I think with the all the yelling they did when you were doing your job, and the fact their big mistake nearly killed you, I believe they could be looking at 19 years in the county jail.
(The truck takes Walten's squad car away as he climbs into the other one with the chief, who then activates the police sirens and drives the twins to jail)

Judge Johns: I have read all the evidence and heard MANY complaints from the Inkopolis council about disrespecting the way to try and cease violence on the street!
Kelly and Katy, I Judge Jacob Johns hereby sentence you to 19 years in the county jail, and no parole, nor bail has been allowed on the account that Officer Walten Guardian had a legally abiding document to say he can search the area for any trouble!
(Pounds the gavel)
(At the county jail...)
Walten: C'mon now, you two.
(Calmly puts Katy and Kelly into a cell, slides three sets of iron bar doors (One from the left, one from the right and one downward) closed and presses a button beside the cell saying lock)
I'm sorry.
I did try to be a fair cop about this, but what I had to deal with was shocking!

Katy: Be quiet, Kelly! It's for the best! Anyways, Who are you and what are you in for?

My sentence's almost up!

Kelly: Lucky you... Now if you will excuse me... *falls asleep*
*At the entrance*
*Sammie walks in*
Sammie: Excuse me but would you mind if I visit my cousins please?

Sammie: I just have 2 questions sir... 1. Why do you sound like you take a huge hatred towards my cousins? and 2. What are they in for and how long?

Walten: First, I do not have a hatred towards them.
They merely had bad encounters when I was on patrol where the council's new "No guns" signs were put up.
I may be a serious cop, but I stand behind my "no hatred" explanation.
And second, the times their bullets missed the targets landed them 19 years here without parole or bail by court order!
And I stuck true to my serious warning after four bad encounters.
The first time, I gave them a questioning, on the second time I gave them a very serious warning, third time which WOULD OF been the time was dismissed after a homophobic Inkling attacked some acquaintances of mine, and the fourth time which recently happened was when I was returning to the police station via the road that was nowhere near the property.

Walten: These "no guns" signs were put up by order of the council, and they believe it'll lower violence in Inkopolis.
Actual violence that is, not ink violence.

But I will let you visit their cell for five minutes, but please understand I have to be close to the conversation area.

Katy: What plans?
Sammie: To get you both your own private target area. A full empty field that has no roads for miles. A place where you both could have fun... Dad already payed for it, and he owns it now. He did tell me that field is for you girls...
Kelly: Really? Awesome!
Sammie: But now he knows you both are in prison... He's trying all he can to do whatever... I should get going now... I'll be praying for you both...
Katy: Thank you, Sammie. That means a lot. Tell Uncle Joe we said thanks a lot!
Sammie: I will! Thank you for letting me speak with them Mr. Walten.

(Blasts whistle as we storm off after whoever was giving Ocean and Kate trouble)

(Sentence is cut off be me bumping him into Spark-E's direction)

(Grunts as he hits the ground)
Spark-E: THERE YOU ARE YOU HOMOPHOBIC LITTLE...
(Growl as he uses a THUNDER SHOCK on him)
