There were these moments back then, where we'd lower our weapons and pretend we were here by choice, and if we looked from just the right angle it was like the world was still ours. But only moments.

Another illustration from the universe of my story, This is Not Our World, once again featuring Mitch and Lane Pines, but when they were much younger. I tried including an excerpt from the part of the story being represented to fill up some of the whitespace, and I personally think it worked.

As usual, this piece was made in Blender out of 2D planes and strategic use of compositing (basically an unorthodox vector image).

Same usage rights as usual: if you want to use it anywhere, be it through direct use, derivation, compilation, fanart, etc., thank you! Just please contact me for permission first and tell me specifically what it is you plan to do with it.
