Something i've needed to admit for a very long time.No pretty visual.
No facts.
No percentages.
No poem.
No, sub context word.
Just.. something we all need to admit.
Three words so hard.
I hate the saying 'real men don't rape'
I like whoever came up with it... but it brings much questions.
If a man is respected in society.. but in secret mutilates girls.. is he a Real man?
Or if a man beats people.. is a complete asshole.. but doesnt.. rape.. is he a real man?
Who... when... where... why... how...
Doesnt matter.
Fully or partially..
Fought them off or not.
Young or Old.
Vague or detailed.
It doesnt matter.
Admittance does.
It's the only way we can move on.

Just three, painful, powerful, damning, shameful words.
I. Was. Raped.
You're right. Circumstances don't make a shred of difference. Something was taken. And we need to admit that and take it back.
But I think it's important to make one major difference: I was raped. I am not a rape victim.
A victim remains in. A victim doesn't find strength again. We were all victims. But we aren't anymore. I am a rape survivor. We were taken without our permission. But no one can make us victims without our permission.
Be strong girls and guys. It happened to us; it happens to a lot of people. But it doesn't have to define us forever. It doesn't have to scar our souls. We can be more than this.

i faved this because i admire your bravery and strenght, it must be extremely hard for you to say it outloud or let anyone know, and this as simple as it is is as storng and even stronger than saying it outloud.
Also it opens up to other peopl who out there migth have gone thru the same thing and couldnt open up a little like you did.

Virtue
Virtue is what defines a real man in private and public.
A real man cannot be a good person to the outside world, but a rapist to his personal world
A real man cannot be an asshole to the outside world
A real man can only be a man who follows the path of virtue, kindness, peace, and tolerance...
I only wish I could call myself a real man, but I am willing to learn, and I am in the process of becoming one...
... Sorry, that was random thought to your question, really I'm sorry you had to endure that.
There Are people out there that are willing to be by your side, and lend you their strength, to help you find your own. Don't give up...
Trust in yourself, your friends and your family... cause they will help you fight the harshness of reality...
Anyway, know that you have people willing to stand beside you, even if they have to cross an ocean to get there, so keep going...

This... whole thing hunted me down and stuck itself out in front of my face. I looked at it for awhile, and I was going to say something, but nothing I could say seemed right. Nothing is right.
So I said nothing. Now it's something like two hours later. It's been haunting me. The people around started asking questions because they can see it in my face.
But what can I say? What is there to say? Nothing... can erase events that have been carved into time itself.
But plenty of things can... repair the damage that has been done. And I hope you find or have found those things.
