I was procrastinating, so I drew this in pen, then colored it... and in the process the thought occurred to me: If Hydra had spikes down all of his necks, how many of his other heads/necks would be impaled by others? It would make the hero's job easier - the heads would be impaled, not cut off, and would therefore not regenerate.EDIT: I was pursuaded to clean up the edges, (which I had left for effect before... but most people wouldn't know that from looking at it.) Do you think it any better now?

It's just generations of heads... you see, one head gets chopped off, and different looking heads appear each choppity generation. It all makes sense!

While I was drawing it, I couldn't decide if I wanted it to be biting or not.. so I'm not sure. Heh. I think it looks ok, though.
