Scout has the "break-neck baggies" but having cargo pants on him would look a lot better!

The Break Neck Baggies are probably the closest thing, yeah. I saw that someone put cargo pants for Scout in the TF2 workshop a while back, and I was hoping it would get into the game so SFM/Gmod users could use it as well x.x
