This is a pretty good start. I think the main thing that needs improvement is the hair. It's very stiff and blocky. Try taking a look at your own hair if it's long enough, or the hair of someone else who's hair is longer. You can look at photos as well. See how it lays against the head and other sections of hair, how the different strands interact, how light effects it, etc.
The eyes are great though! Eyelashes can be tricky to get right but you've done a good job with them.

Thanks mate, the eyes actually came out better than I thought they would, as for the eyelashes, this was the first time I actually added eyelashes in anything... so good to know I did well.
I have really short hair so no luck there, will try to spend more time looking at others' hair... probably gonna be a bit creepy for them, but worth itΒ
