Yep, my concept of what cybug Sour Bill would look like... yeah he's probably ravenous, or just angry at Vanellope for leaving her socks in the hall or crashing the royal cart into a wall or something like that... He's probably glad to be a bit more threatening now, so he can father her better. He's finally taller too! Yaaaay! A whole ten feet~Yes another addition to my Bill comic idea, if this clears anything up for you (though probably only a little, and that's good)
