Why? because she's sooo fake to him. Dyed hair, a ton of makeup, flashy dresses, crap like that. As far as he knows he doesn't own a single outfit that doesn't show off her boobs. He likes a fairly modest girl, so she's the total opposite and can't stand that his father spends time with her.

This is at a party, and he wore his pimp hat just to make making fun of her all the more enjoyable for himself. So he just walks up, smacks her on the butt with ruler, and tells her to go home because she forgot to re-dye her hair tonight and the roots are showing.
