Terms and Conditions
 Please read the following if you are planning to commission me. If you have commissioned me you are assumed to have read this.
· Accepting commissions for Wardens, Hawkes, Inquisitors, and canon Dragon Age characters and companions.

· Half of the payment must be delivered for work to begin, and the completed commission will only be delivered to you upon receiving full payment.
· For more complex characters or extra characters (i.e. in the case of romance cards) an additional small charge may apply.

· Finished commissions will potentially be posted to all my art blogs. If you'd prefer your commission to be kept private, please let me know.

· All commissions will be sent to the client as a .pdf file upon completion and full payment. As these commissions will be done using a traditional medium, if you'd like the physical piece to be mailed to you, an additional shipping charge will apply.
· I'd appreciate as much information as possible, including preferred card, outfit, etc. for reference so that I can make the finished product as close to your vision as possible.
· I will refuse commission requests if I am unable or uncomfortable with it.
· Time frame on when a commission will be finished varies. I’ll do my best to get them done ASAP. Please be patient with me.
· If your finished commission is not to your liking I will adjust it within reason until it’s to your satisfaction.
· You may not claim a slot for a friend because they were not around to claim their own. You must be present to claim a slot.
No reservations/waiting lists.

All payments to be paid through PayPal to simpleshenanigans@yahoo.com. The paypal fee will be included in the final price, and I will add it to each half using THIS . Please pay for Goods and Services and select “No Shipping Address Needed.” There is a very simple guide to ensure you do this correctly HERE .
