actually.. yes!

though mind you .. he hasn't kill anyone yet..  and Black Canary is not a slut ... she is low class woman, living in Gotham ( a city that was described by Gordon in year one as hell on earth )  and Gotham is starting to mess with her head ( quite common theme in batman stories  )

yes, she is acting crazy but that's the point ...a crazy batman inspire people to act crazy not to be better person

now please don't get me wrong , im not saying All stars B&R is a great comic . just that is has become too much of common place to just point out what is wrong or what people dislike about it .. and anything that the comic is trying to do or may be doing that is interesting  gets .. well over look

miller is quite aware this batman is a dangerous idiot ..that part of the joke .it all parody of his own work .. but people don't get because they just look at the comic from one point of view ...a point of view which most of the time is just something they hear and internet reviewer say
