You know, these pictures make me wonder if it's a good idea to put real anthropomorphic (or just generally sapient) animals in the real world... not that they're bad pictures (they're pretty good), but just the general concept of it.
If you ask me... the answer is going to be yes... because I want to, although I will have to take them in as my "adoptive" children if that's the case. I don't see a law against this... although I am aware of the possible consequences towards it, to which I will be extraordinarily careful to avoid and/or suffer (the rest of) it.
