Edit 2: Sincere thanks to everyone who likes the comic. But I'm closing the comments, I can't stand the constant terrible arrow to the knee jokes.

Using a sneak character build, this happens to me quite occasionally. I usually make jokes like that all the time regarding this subject.
Sneaking is just so fun. And overpowered.

I love doing this. They can be running towards you and you can still get them with a Double damage arrow to the chest.
Now I just need to find out how to get a cinema kill with the bow and arrow.

Let's be fair, here. That man has just suffered a rather traumatic head injury, quite probably disrupting a good part of his brain. He's not really thinking clearly and is probably well on his way to death's door.
But there is no excuse for hitting them anywhere else. I particularly love doing assassinations on Undead, it's so silly to cut a ghost's throat or watch Draugr mill around with no clue as to where the torrent of arrows is coming from.
