Whenever I see that little action bubble thing in the game I can't help but think of Gurren Lagann. XD "Believe in the me that believe in you!" Hmm... you know, I had spotted that bald-ish skeleton dude elsewhere on deviant art. I had assumed that he was an original character of one of the deviants here, but now I'm starting to see his face in a great many different places around the site. Like your avatar, pyuuni.
lol, well, let's move on to your submission. I'm reminded of some of those old Sega Genesis games, where the character's speech was represented in pixelated font like yours at the bottom of the screen. Probably the one most prominent in my mind is the game that had that famous "all your base are belong to us" mistranslation. I don't actually know the name of the game that it happened in.
I'm also kind of intrigues by those zoom lines that you have arcing up into the direction in which she is pointing. I'm guessing that you had intended these to be pure "zoom" lines, and not an actual physical part of the composition. Having said that, the way some of the lines go behind her, and others overlap in front of her, gives the impression that the "zoom" lines actually are part of the composition itself. It's almost as if there's a thin transparent film within the universe that she inhabits, and she has found a way to press against it, so to speak.
I've never seen zoom lines used to give that impression before, but I think it's a pretty neat effect! I'll have to use it myself, sometime.

Anyways, goodness gracious yes! It's hard to not know or spot Undertale since it's everywhere! XD I think it's calmed down a bit, but I don't know...I just haven't been seeing it as much on my dashboard like I have when I first discovered it. You should definitely play it if you haven't already. Totally worth it XP

I really tried to make it look 'legit'...The binary tool on Sai wasn't cutting the job for me, so I just used a line tool which took a lot longer than it shouldve...
I honestly didn't know how to do that kind of effect DX You know like how some anime use the whole line thing?? That's what I tried doing, but it didn't work out like I wanted it to...Eventually I lostΒ my patience and left it as what you see there..Nevertheless though, I'm happy that you like what I tried doing anyway!
