Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
It looks like a promotional card for a Transformers trading card game. The form and design seem pretty solid and the boarder looks good however the background is fighting with the grey part of the robot. I suggest a slight changed grey with a touch of color of blue or even green to help add more contrast of color.
