hey, idk if you heard this, but i've heard giving your child all of the vaccinations at once can give it Autism and other problems, so space them out! like 2 or 3 at a time....
or at least, that's what i heard.

Thanks for the advice! I have some vitamin E cream and I keep forgetting but after seeing my little belly today and realizing that even with the extra skin I've got from being overweight, it still won't be enough to keep from getting tons of stretch marks.

I've heard overweigh women put on less weigh on pregnancy than slim women, but again stretch marks or elasticity on the skin is hereditary,so perhaps it won't stretch that much, just put that cream by your bed, and that way it will be easier to remember!!

Well I already have loads of stretch marks on my stomach from gaining over 30 pounds in three months when I was 13. They're white so not very visible but meh. I'm used to stretch marks, but would like to keep from getting more. Hehe I have the cream in the top drawer of my nightstand.
I have had an incredibly easy pregnancy. There were two weeks back in March where I was only the slightest bit nauseated and only two days where I was nauseous enough to even think of going to empty my stomach. I've only had one horrible time of hormonal depression and that was at the end of May when I was 16 weeks. The ultrasound place made a mistake and scheduled me for the anatomical scan and so I went in thinking I'd get to see baby again and then they told me I had to come back in two weeks. I was in tears the rest of the day and into the next, despite knowing why I had to go back later and that the reasons were very valid.
The only other stuff I've got is food aversion (can't eat red meat or Asian food and I very rarely can eat fried food), forgetfulness and lack of concentration. That's the symptom I hate. I normally have a great memory and good concentration but now I'm all over the place.
I gained 6 pounds by my appointment at 14 weeks but then a few weeks later at my next appointment I'd lost 4 pounds. I attribute it to the fact that at that time I just didn't want to eat. I'd force myself to eat something but could only take a bite or two before I was tired of eating. So I've only gained 2 pounds so far, though I might've gained some more but I'm not sure cause my midwife forgot to ask me to weigh myself when I was at the birthing center.
I'm 20 weeks and 2 days right now.

lol.. no no.. not in a drawer.. lol.. that's not very effective.. just have it on sight!! lol.. as we women tend to be very forgetful... especially being pregnant..

Hehe luckily I can remember it's in the drawer, now not feeling too lazy to put some on at night or in the morning is a whole other story, lol!
It goes fast doesn't it, though? It seems like yesterday it was the end of February and I was suspecting something was up. I know my body so well and how it acts when it's that time of the month. I started getting all my monthly symptoms but two days before the time my period was due, I hadn't started going to the bathroom a lot like I normally do and that was the big tip off. I had gained the water weight cause my face was puffy but my body normally dumps it two days before my time of the month.
And no I'm nearing 21 weeks and I can no longer hold my stomach in, but it hasn't rounded out yet. And the little guy looooves to push with his feet on my bladder so for a split second I have a strong urge to pee.

Well, I hope you remember, however it's just an aesthetic thing, and they will fade in time, so not too worry too much about the stretch marks. Apparently I have some on my bum!! lol... but since I can't see them and I'm not planning on showing it, I can't be that bothered about those!!
Yeah, well for me it feels like an eternity, I make 40 today!! and puff it feels like it is.. nearly a year of being pregnant, and I'm a bit tired of it and I miss my body, and I want it back!

Hehe yeah I'm so used to my stretch marks. I've got a few on my calves, some on my shoulders, stomach, thighs, and hips.
Hope you get to see your little one before the end of this week! I already feel lonely when my baby doesn't move enough for me to feel. And I'll be wearing my baby after he's born because I know I'll miss the closeness.

Oh yeah, I remember the feeling of loneliness and worry when the baby didn't move!! I used to feel scared as well and went quickly to drink some cold water or sweet stuff to make him move, just to check he was still alive!! sigh, such a relief to know that he's out at last!

A question of determination, and looking after yourself.. discipline with the sun protection and using loads of anti-stretch mark oil to avoid horrible stretch lines! that should help, they also say that is the simple fact of carrying boys what make pregnant women glow, while carrying girls has the opposite effect, but I can't guarantee that's the case! I've seen a cousin of mine carrying a boy not managing so well... and I thought I would look as puffy as her when I saw her last.. and nothing to do with her, thanks god!
