I have now added to this download an edited version where I have removed the plug and the mark of the socks of my legs... for those who have purchased already should be for free, and for those who haven't they'll have both versions, actually I have decided to change the look of the original for the edited version.

Sigh.. yeah, now I need help to do my shoelaces, put socks on and all that, one has to attatch a basketball to their tummy to find how difficult these things are getting . Not long now though till I get fit!!
