i love this... what types of filters or effecs do you put on your art to get all those soft muted colours?

ah i mostly just adjust the colors rather then put filters on them at this point!
i use the 'curves' slider thing to make a softer feel? its fun to play around with! and i usually have an pastel-colored overlay layer on low opacity when im coloring, that also probably softens a little bit
