Description
Waking up in an empty bed.Did we fight?
Did I forget?
I don't know whose fault it was,
This time.
I hear her in the bathroom, and think
She's still here.
It wasn't bad.
This time, the fight must not have been
Too bad.
I hear her triip, then hear her swear.
I'll stay here.
Stay in bed.
I know I can't do anything,
Can't help.
I wish I could go in there,
Go to her.
To tell her.
I wish I could make it better,
Help her.
I can never make her believe me,
She's perfect,
I love her.
Though I know she can't believe me,
It's true.

I think I like this one even better than "Broken Mornings" because it's just so sad and sweet! Amazing!

BUBS. That's GOOD. The words flow so well together, and the ending line leaves a very clean cut (As opposed to other, crappier poetry, which has a frayed edge)
I love your open-ended rhythmic structure. Have fun in Playwriting! (Because I think Ben said that it was full of emo kids who write dark poetry all day long... )

Awww... -tear- I love it. It makes me think of Travis though that probably wasn't in your intentions at all. I'd like to read the story the character is from.

Thank you! No, that wasn't in mind, but that works too. I'm not sure what the characters are from, actually, I've never seen any of the work.

Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! I wrote it during Playwriting, while Victoria was blabbing about the course outline XD. Thanks for the fav, hon!
