This is my 1st critique, but here goes!

The design is brilliant, with a fair interpretation of the mocking jay, and I admire how you smudged the bangs highlights, and the anatomy is astounding. The peacock feather is extremely elegant and realistic. I like the ponytail, it's very creative. The overall outcome is very stylish and schic. I admire your work, and I adore the studs. X3 I hope everyone who views it likes it as much as I do!!!

I think this is amazing. I could stare at it forever! My favorite part is the feather. It's so...unique. I feel like I can actually touch the feather. The texture is amazing on it. Although the Mocking Jay is from Hunger Games which makes it not that original. It's pretty, though. The legs on the dog are a little high, and the shoulders look like it reaches too far up to it's neck. Try lowering them next time. The eye is only blue...where's the pupil? The colors on the dog are really pretty, and I like the hair design. Overall, I'd give this picture an 8 out of 10.
