tulf42 mentioned his contest to me a few days ago, it definitely fits with my goal of drawing stuff outside my comfort zone. I did a few attempts just trying to capture the slow graceful movements of a dancer, and with this one I started to feel like I might be getting it. I'd like to reuse this pose and finish it as one of the characters for that contest. I've no idea how to color it; but one thing at a time, once I get good line work down and worked out the background details I'll worry about that.
