there is always that one moment.everything stops, fixed in silence, air quiet and voices of the forest still.
the light bleeds through the canopy, stretching into the fog
there is still, for a moment.
head stretched out to the sky,
wings aflutter as they burned in the sun,
there was silence, and beauty
even as icarus fell
commission for BlueGriffinCrafts of their blue griffin. sorry if the character looks really green, i had trouble rendering in this lighting but im happy with the results.
