First off, the colour combination is good and used suitably for each of the body parts. However, the shading of the right ear seems way too dark, the right ear does not seems far too behind for the creature, and it is not directly blocked from the light source, so it is ok to be a bit brighter.

The line is a bit jaggy, does not look smooth enough around its tail and ears, and it's very hard to see why the connecting part between the tail and the body have that much lines due to the size, making it look odd.

Overall, this pixel doll looks good, but you can only fit that much details in certain parts of its body before it end up look messy.
