Maleficent, Ursula and Cruella De Vil. I did all their main outfits but used the Storybrooke one for Cruella since the other was literally exactly the same as the animated one.Related content

Not that it is exactly the same as her animated fashion, she looks the same anyway throughout the series. One thing I liked from Once Upon a Time for Cruella is that instead of just forcing her henchmen to skin innocent puppies, they literally make her a witch who can control animals to do sinister things. I really do love the look for Ursula and Maleficent. I really did feel sorry for Maleficent in Once Upon a Time about her daughter. I am actually kind of curious how you're going to design Lilly.
