hey i got it all sorted out somehow! apparently grace nasri, the girl you sent the $10 to is a worker for PayPal. I googled her and found some sketchy site with a contact box and explained what happened. i just got a notification that says i received $10 from grace nasri. i didn't think it would work but it did xD
