new character alert! meet Minnow the fishing cat. I'm pretty sure I'll continue to change her design in the future, but I'm pretty happy with it right now.

hobbies: minnow enjoys speaking with fish and swimming as well as traveling from jungle to jungle or discovering a new beach
personality: minnow can be quite a handful at times. although she is very kind and outgoing, she gets frustrated easily and tends to have a horrible and uncontrollable anger. when she is very emotional her powers increase in intensity.
powers: minnow has the ability to control water and the ability to communicate with fish and other aquatic species
