Tis a shame so many people have such hella amazing characters but they just are not able to visually show them. This makes me sad and I really encourage everyone to show off your amazing ideas!So here I have drawn with the help of Rin and Ang a human makeable. Take it and draw on some clothes, hair or change the lineart some to make it into your own personal character.

Tally hall fandom BASED character....meaning he's not the actual fandom, just loosely based on it.
he's a tally hall fanatic, to put it into other words. if you combinedΒ Tally and Clev3r, personality wise, you'd get me.

Gender: Gender-fluid. He/him pronouns
sexuality: Asexual, bi-Romantic
Age: 16
species: Tulpa being.
He has a blue bird companion who he named "birb" who always sits on his umbrella.
his umbrella is named "Roy G Biv."
Roy g biv. Has a soul, and can fly without wind. consequently, Tally and Birb travel around with Roy G Biv.
Personality: Tally is a bit strange. he is charismatic, sauve, and charming. though, being an introvert, he doesn't have to use these qualities as much. He claims to be a serious,though most of the time he is actually quite silly. He doesn't talk unless prompted, an even then he sings what he should be saying. Also, he tends to ramble. He is very hot tempered, but has good outer-composure. this means you won't be able to tell that he is upset. in other words, extremely patient and good at hiding emotions. He can easily sing any tally hall song.Β He is excellent t dancing to swing, house, and electroswing music.
Interests; 'wonky' rock music, Alternative Rock Birds, elements, geography, culture, Banana's, umbrella's, ties. the '&' symbol, Good/Evil. philosophy. quantum physics. science. tulpa effect, core theory.

May I inquire as to who your favourite doctors, enemies, companions, and allies are? and perhpas favourite episode(s)?
personally, I like John hurt and peter capaldi, The silence, the whisper men, weeping angels and the daleks. I think Clara is the bst companion, and The whole Amy/Rory duo. TARDIS IDRIS counts for a single episode companion, I suppose. As for Allies-well, I like all of them C:

mmm Vincent and the doctor was one of my favorites as well as Madame De Pompadour. I really liked the weeping angels in the cave but I forget what that episode was called. My favorite doctor was david tennant cause I felt he had such a deep connection with the characters he met in each episode.
Favorite enemy? I guess the weeping angels and shadowmen were pretty damn creepy.
If we are going back to the very first doctor then I could open a whole new can of worms. 9u9 I'm a sucker for classic movies. Doctor who isn't my favorite but close to it. Godzilla holds a very special place in my heart.

The second american movie? ene I'll say that america produced a better version, least this one was a bit more true to his form, but the movie was so- hnn americanized. It was all smoke and mirrors with your typical american soldier saving the day. >_> Graphics were to die for and the monsters felt very godzilla-ish but the plot was horrendious.
Guess you could say I liked it more than the first. . .but the only reason I'd be buying that movie is to keep my godzilla collection complete. =/
