I found your art in 's critiqueable folder and clicked on it because I liked the gold contrasted with the black cloth. I really like the overall posing+composition. One suggestion I have is not to use pure black, but a dark purple (or any color, depending on the light source) instead. I find it makes the colors a lot more interesting. Also, keep studying gold because the shine of gold on the character can really give it depth. I like how you shaded the gold in the part near the character's neck.
I really love the character's design (especially the lil mushrooms on the horns!!) awesome purchase. Keep up the good work!
