I would say that there is a 99.9999...9% chance that Robin is Dick. In the future, it shows him becoming Nightwing, When Raven enters Robin's mind, it shows someone (his parents?) falling, and in the episode with "Larry" it spells Dick Grayson backwards.

And as for Red X being Jason... I mostly agree. Aside from the similarities you already mentioned, Jason has a habit of wearing other people's costumes.
