Every Demon's inception begins the same way, mine was no different. It begins with an Elder Demon. Elder Demons are truly ancient, awe inspiring beings of immeasurable strength and magnitude. They have tossed their weight about the universe for untold eons and built up an immense amount of power and influence. These aren't the mindless beasts that rampage across the terrestrial worlds of mortals, every move they make is deliberate, their plans span millennia, and they possess knowledge incomprehensible to all but the highest of cosmic entities.

Elder Demons only act when the time is right and never a nanosecond sooner. When the stars align properly, they will rip pieces of themselves away and cast them down to the surfaces of unsuspecting worlds. Each piece, each fragment becomes a fledgling demon directly derived from the power of their Elder. Every aspect that made the Elder a force of nature is carried down to these fragments who must descend into the world of mortals. Only once they have mastered their surroundings and their wits can they move on from the land from which they were planted. Though the odds are decidedly against each individual demon, a select few may persist long enough to grow into Elders themselves and the cycle may begin anew.

Until recently, it was a mystery when and why this lineage began. My recent findings regarding the four-eyed creatures uncovered on Earth may provide much needed insight on the true nature of demonkind! We truly live in exciting times!
