This boy is an oldish character that I got from Zelarhie and am only drawing now... (whoops) I ended up changing his design a lot, changing his blue fur to a normal german shepherd type coat. The winter hat gave me winter feels and I ended up drawing snow... I really miss winter ;0; Also! I'm stuck between the name Kasper and Charlie for him, what do you think? This is not my final revamp design for him! These colors will probs be the same, and I most likely wont change much to anything when I eventually make a refAlso, maybe when winter does actually come back, maybe I'll do a YCH similar to this! Ye or ne?

Yeah because Ushankas are popular in Russia (especially in their military) they are obviously associated with Russia.
The russian military is actually replcing the Ushanka design with something else i think.
Nut the US, Canada, and a billion other countries still use it for winter operations.
